These are my breakfast smoothie packets for the week. Four of them are strawberries,spinach,pineapple,and mangoTwo are strawberries,pineapple,blueberries,raspberries, and spinachand two are mango,pineapple,raspberries,strawberries,and spinach.I put these baggies in the freezer then in the morning take one out - add 2-3 bananas and water… BOOM. quick smoothie. It takes about 1/2 an hour on Sundays  :)Also, no reason to throw the baggies away —> just rinse them out and reuse them.
